These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and bk445. By accessing bk445.io, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the platform from time to time.

If you access bk445 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In such cases, "you" and "your" will refer to that person or entity.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, either through bk445 or any other responsible gaming program, that would prohibit your participation.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of bk445 or any of its affiliated game providers, unless prior written approval has been obtained from bk445 management.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account and at all subsequent points when bk445 requests updated information from you.

bk445 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate to confirm age, and a utility bill or bank statement to confirm residential address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each eligible person may register and maintain one (1) account only on bk445. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your account, you must provide your legal full name, date of birth, a valid email address, a valid mobile telephone number registered in Bangladesh, and a secure password. All information provided must be accurate and kept up to date. It is your responsibility to notify bk445 promptly if any of your registered details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bk445 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that occurs as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the bk445 support team immediately by contacting [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied without delay.

bk445 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

bk445 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka. bk445 does not charge any transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals processed through these methods; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of bk445.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bk445 will only process withdrawals to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the bk445 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. bk445 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Deposits made to your bk445 account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal of that deposit amount can be processed. This requirement is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and applies to all deposit methods. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

All bets placed on the bk445 platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict, sport-specific or game-specific rules shall take precedence over these general rules.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until bk445 has issued a bet receipt and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your account balance. In the case of a technical failure or connectivity issue occurring before a receipt is issued, the bet shall be deemed void and any deducted amount will be returned.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and are displayed on the relevant betting market at the time of placement. bk445 reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake limits at its sole discretion.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to that bet. bk445 is not liable for any odds changes occurring between the time a player views the market and the time the bet is confirmed.
• Void Bets: bk445 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on an obvious error, including but not limited to an incorrectly posted odds price, an incorrectly described event, or a manifest pricing error. Void bets will result in the return of the staked amount to the player's account balance.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. bk445 reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time and for any reason, including during event delays, technical issues, or market integrity concerns.
• Cricket Betting: For BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, and all Bangladesh Tigers matches, bets will be settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). Matches abandoned due to weather or other circumstances will be settled as void unless a result has been reached under the applicable competition rules.

bk445 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the promotions section of the platform.

The following general conditions apply to all bk445 bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to players who are aged 21 or above and have a fully verified bk445 account.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly permit multiple claims. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through separate accounts will be treated as multi-accounting and will result in account closure.

All content on the bk445 platform, including but not limited to the bk445 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, database structure, and game interfaces, is the property of bk445 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bk445 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any platform content without the prior written consent of bk445.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform software.
• Use the bk445 brand name, logo, or any other intellectual property belonging to bk445 in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any page of the bk445 website on any other website or platform.

Third-party game content available on bk445 — including games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other studio partners — remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is used by bk445 under commercial licence agreements. No rights in third-party game content are transferred to players.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk445 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Any decision made by you in reliance on information, statistics, or analysis provided on the platform.

Where bk445's liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, bk445's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bk445 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, storage, and use of personal data by bk445 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form as published at bk445.io/privacy-policy.

In summary, bk445 collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

Termination by bk445: bk445 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements, including age verification failure.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request by bk445.
• Non-use of the account for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account).

Where an account is closed by bk445 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in that account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. bk445 will communicate the reasons for account closure to the extent permitted by applicable law.

bk445 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bk445 will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform homepage for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document and in the sidebar. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to ensure that you remain aware of the current version.

If you do not agree with any amended version of the Terms, you must stop using the platform and submit an account closure request as described in Section 12. Your continued use of the bk445 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bk445 operates as an English-language platform serving the Bangladesh market and complies with the legal obligations applicable to its operation in that capacity.

Any dispute arising between a player and bk445 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the bk445 support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. bk445 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 2 business days and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days of acknowledgement.

bk445 operates on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). All timestamps recorded on the platform, including bet placement times, deposit confirmations, and withdrawal requests, are logged in BST.
